CallisonRTKL seeks a Design Technology Specialist to join its Information Technology Team located in Beijing.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual support for Revit, Navisworks, Sketchup and AutoCAD users and troubleshoots problems with related applications
• Communicates and helps implement changes in CRTKL’s standards, seeking input and feedback from users
• Communicates user’s needs to internal and external software Revit and CAD standards development teams
• Provides individual user help and version update seminars for non-CAD applications
• Performs routine network and server administrative tasks as required
• Conducts classes in Revit and BIM applications/standards

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture or other related field preferred
• 4+ years applications administrator experience
• Experience in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino/Grasshopper and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Maintains effective communication with project team members and the global support team
• Interacts well with other disciplines in a manner that builds productive relationships
