This job is based out of Gurugram, India Design Engineering and commissioning Lead • Responsible for leading the engineering, design team in completion of design activities for All IBMS system i.e. design deliverable completion, clarification meetings with client, follow up with external consultants on submissions, vendors. • Review of design drawings for IBMS System taking into account both, the customer specifications and the Siemens’ regulations and standards. • Review of calculations, Technical Specifications, Layout Plan, Cross Section Drawings, MTO’s, Construction drawings, Method statements, test plans. • Work closely with TCG design teams and engineering on the customer requirement, coordinate design verification and submission to customer. • System interface and configuration management with others sub-contractors/sub-units of Siemens. • Monitor the design change requests, implement action plan for the affected systems until the successful completion. • Implement Cost value Engineering in the projects, optimizing the solution adhering to specifications and meeting the project timelines. • Work closely with Project teams, Sales Team, Interfacing, T&C teams including coordination of various System Wide Contractors. • Support projects round the clock during handover activities. • Maintain close contact with clients and vendors. Requirements: • Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics. • Has acquired strong foundation with minimum 4-5 years’ experience on IBMS projects with all aspects of design, materials, standards. • Good experience in Design of IBMS systems including Siemens Fire Alarm, Gas based Suppression system, CCTV, Access control, Building management system and having good exposer on Desigo CC and other IBMS platform. • Team leader with Strong and effective communication at all levels within the Business and in front of new and existing customers. • Good experience in handling medium to high complexity of IBMS solution projects. • Adaptable to different working environments and customer working terms and conditions.
