Job Description

The MPE TLO Concurrent Test team is driving a paradigm shift in manufacturing test through true test content concurrency to reduce product test time and increase quality. The team is seeking a highly motivated Engineer to join the team to work in the highly challenging environment of product development across MPE's product portfolio. In this position, the engineer will get the unique opportunity to drive silicon test concurrency experiments, product enabling, and define new requirements/methodologies for the DFT and test content to widely deploying content concurrency. They will work with the MPE product teams and design DFT teams to develop a deep understanding of the various test content types, the content mixes which are possible, and driving those to a POR state.

Responsibilities of the engineers may include but are not limited to:
- Driving concurrent content silicon experiments and working with sort and class teams to debug and enable and validate concurrent content
- Partnering with the DFT team to ensure concurrency is fully supported and defining new methods for the future
- Driving the development of concurrency indicators and analyzing concurrency options
- Making concurrency mixes POR in test programs
- Working with the module and test program teams to satisfy test requirements in a concurrent paradigm such as datalogging, fail flows, vmin searches


Qualifications

- The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer engineering or other related fields of study and 5+ years of experience
- Experience in Intel's high volume mfg. test flows including sort, class, and PPV. They should have experience with Intel ATEs including HDMT/CMT
- The candidate should have demonstrated strong silicon debug/enabling skills and silicon characterization experience
- Experience in DFT hardware and testing methods is essential
- Programming in one/more languages: C/C++, Perl, Python, Java, VB, etc.
- Statistical data analysis (including JMP, Python, R, or others).
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and data-driven

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
