The job description and requirements:
1, the head of the department, responsible for the decoration project design independently;
2, according to the standard of design, developing all kinds of drawings;
3, responsible for this project tracking;
4, according to the requirements of workflow, cooperate with other departments work;
5, on a regular basis to the construction site, see the construction situation, check whether construction with the drawings requirements, and in the construction process of all kinds of situations: such as appending, drawing deviation of quantities, for the design of timely adjustment;
6, make project design plan, to guarantee the smooth realization of the design progress goal;
7, interior decoration materials for confirmation.
Job requirements:
1, 25 to 45 years old, college degree or above in engineering or related field;
2, 5 years or above working experience in design;
3, able to skillfully use AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, 3 so on3dmax related architectural design software;
4, have strong ability of building design and the professional skill and experience with large commercial space design;
5, has the professional dedication and sense of responsibility.
