Dariel Studio is hiring!

We are looking for a full time, experienced and talented FF&E Designer for various design projects.

KEY TASKS

® Communicate with clients throughout the project, understand their needs and expectations

® Elaborate FF&E selection according to projects and coordinate with design team

® Source local and imported brands

® Edit list of specifications and prepare design presentations

® Collaborate with design team for customized pieces, review drawings and find appropriate materials and manufacturers

® Relationship and Negotiation with suppliers

® Follow production to ensure the quality

® Cost control on FF&E budget and expenses

® Coordination throughout tender process, contracts review, purchasing process, domestic and oversee deliveries and on-site installation

® Collect and gather information on design brands and products

REQUIREMENT

® For Chinese Native-speaker, good written and verbal communication skills in English

® For Foreigners, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and good written and verbal communication in Chinese.

® Minimum 3 years similar working experience as an Interior Designer

® Excellent skills with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, good knowledge of Autocad

® A portfolio proving previous achievements& creativity

® Very good presentation and communication skills

主要任务

® 在项目中与客户沟通，了解他们的需求和期望

® 根据项目要求，精心设计软装，并与设计团队协调

® 搜索本地和进口品牌

® 编辑规格清单并准备设计说明

® 与设计小组合作，定制零件，检查图纸，找到合适的材料和制造商

® 维护与供应商的关系并与之谈判

® 跟踪生产，确保质量

® 采购预算和费用的成本控制

® 协调整个招标过程、合同评审、采购程序、国内和监督交付和现场安装

® 收集关于设计趋势，品牌和产品的信息

要求

® 对以中文为母语的候选人来说，良好的书面和英语口头沟通能力

® 对外国人来说，优秀的英语书面和口头沟通能力（主要是中文）

® 至少3年室内设计师的工作经验

® 熟练应用PS图象处理软件、Illustrator，InDesign，熟悉AutoCAD

® 证明设计技能和创造力的作品集

® 良好的表达和沟通能力
