主要职责包括:

• 基于公司现有设计作品集或其他独特方案设计高端客制化地毯。
• 与国外（主要为欧美）设计师/工厂密切沟通，有效并充分的解读客户设计要求，与此同时保持太平品牌的高端品质。
• 充分理解客户设计需求后，使用设计软件制作具生产可行性的设计图。
• 向工厂/CS部门提供专门的设计图纸，用作样品和订单生产。
• 挑选颜色/材料，制作并维护所有设计相关资料，并在需要时提供给其他部门
• 必要时需配合国外时间调整工作时间（如下班时间）。
• 有团队精神，与团队成员共享资料并相互学习以提高工作效率。

技能要求:

• 专业要求：纺织设计/平面设计/美术等艺术设计类专业。
• 3~5年设计类工作经验，优先考虑有如下设计工作经验者：纺织/建筑/家具/平面设计。
• 优秀应届毕业生或1~3年工作经验优秀者亦可考虑初级设计师职位。
• 了解并使用设计软件，如Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator，Texcelle等，有使用AutoCAD的工作经验者优先考虑。
• 了解并熟悉运用重复性图案，对色彩敏感，对图案大小变化之于美观性的影响有充分的理解能力。
• 良好的审美能力和设计/文化理解能力，能解读客户的需求并提供相应的色彩/图形方案，对细节执着。
• 具备英文阅读/书写/口语能力者优先考虑但不强求。
• 热爱设计工作，主动积极，有上进心，渴望学习。
• 良好的时间管理能力以及理解和沟通能力，能适应多任务处理的工作压力

Responsibilities：

• Work on custom carpet designs from collections and other unique patterns for artisan projects.
• Work with Field Designers and the factory to efficiently understand and react to the design requests of the clients.
• Respond to design requests by producing competently technical artwork through the use of design software.
• Provide technical artwork to the factory for sample and order production.
• Create and maintain all design related files, selecting colors and fibers, and transferring to cross-functional teams as necessary.
• Work extended irregular hours as necessary including nights, early morning.
• Work efficiently as a team player by sharing and learning with other colleagues to improve productivity and knowledge.

Required skills ：

• Bachelor Degree in Graphics Design/ Fine Arts / Textiles or related disciplines.
• 3~5 year relevant design work experience, preferably in textile / graphic / industrial design.
• Fresh candidates or with less experience can be considered for lower positions.
• Good knowledge of repeat patterns, a good eye for color and the ability to comprehend pattern scale.
• Good sense of beauty, good design skills/culture and ability to interpret customer requests with appropriate color palettes and with attention to detail.
• A good command over design software programs such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Texcelle, a working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Good English reading/writing skill is preferred but not a must.
• Self-motivated & proactive, eager to learn.
• Good organizational & time management skills, able to work independently under pressure.
