Job description:

1.Design new color with different feasibility levels (concept, mass production);

2.Attend color events to absorb new trend of the different industries(plan made before Feb.2020);

3.Staying in close contact to OEM Design Team for new color information ;

4.Regular visit with OEM key account to OEM Design Team new color design presentation;

5.Stay in close communication with sales regions to transfer color and project information;

6.Unit cost calculation of new colors;

7.Work with color matching and technical team to get new color successful in engineering;

8.Cooperation with PL Germany for marketing events;

9.Orgnization of color show event;

10.Set up and management of company show room;

11.30% travel frequency in China and overseas.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1.Education background in art, design, and related majors;

2.Over 3 years working experience as designer;

3.Communication skills, sales experience is a plus;

4.Experience in automotive industry or coatings industry are the advantages to the job;

5.Team player & stylish.
