Main Responsibilities主要职责：

1. Design and analyze of casting pressure vessel based on different casting processes to reduce costs and improve strengths

根据不同铸造工艺设计分析铸造压力容器，降低成本，提高强度

2. Calculation/ simulation flange loads

法兰负荷计算/模拟

3. Responsibility for vessel release and design guidelines for metal casting

负责金属铸件的容器释放和设计指南

4. Manage drawings and relevant documents

管理图纸及相关文件

5. Build up and maintain strong relationship within local factory and global R&D partners

建立并维护本地工厂和全球研发合作伙伴之间的良好关系

Requirements 职位要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above in casting technology or mechanical engineering

铸造技术或机械工程专业本科以上学历

2. 5 years or more design experience of aluminum casting in 3D (ProE/ Ansys is perferred)

5年以上3D铝合金铸件设计经验(优先考虑ProE/ Ansys)

3. Know-how in different casting processes mainly for pressure vessels

熟悉压力容器的不同铸造工艺

4. Knowledge in properties of casting materials and alloys

熟悉铸造材料和合金的性能

5. Familiar with stress calculation or simulation

熟悉应力计算或模拟

6. Familiar with casting related GB/IEC standards for casting housing

熟悉铸造外壳相关GB/IEC标准

7. Certification of pressure vessel expert will be a plus

有压力容器专家证书者优先

8. Skills in complex thinking in mechanical structures

有复杂的机械结构的思维能力

9. Skills in Excel and Office tools are mandatory

熟练使用Excel和办公软件

10. Cost awareness, quality, safety (EHS) and sustainable thinking

成本意识、质量、安全(EHS)和可持续思维

11. Experiences in GIS-Engineering will be a plus

有GIS方面工作经验者优先
