Job Description:

• Back-up Office duties
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, sponsorship programmers, social media marketing and marketing collaterals to strengthen corporate brand image
• Coordinating with vendors or advertising agencie
• Planning and developing the contents and platforms of the company’s e-Marketing such as company websites, facebook, banner advertisements, mobile apps and social media platforms
• Supporting sales and marketing activities, including events, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns, etc.;
• Providing ad hoc duties support to company if necessary
• • To provide client account servicing and follow up work.
  • Working closely and proactively with different departments to understand our clients and services in order to drive impact and cost effective project.
  • Handle purchasing duties including enquiry, process PO, delivery planning and inventory control for fitting out project
  • To coordinate with different suppliers and project department in order to make the project to be completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Responsible for other marketing related paper works including preparing quotation, marketing materials and filing system.
  • To handle projects independently
  • Direct reporting to management and provide secretarial assistance

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• Possess 2 years relevant experience in event management and e-Marketing preferably gained from a sizeable company
• Creative, independent & hard-working personality is required
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• A good team player with excellent coordination & communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Offices and Chinese word Processing adobe software and apple friendly user 
• Social media literate, understanding of SEO, SEM and Google Analytics is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Marketing Assistant
