Job Description
  • Manage and provide first level support, analyzing problem data, documenting findings, escalating problems
  • Supervise, and interact with team members to provide professional support
  • Escalate problems to proper professional
  • Performs vendor, inventory, and supply management
  • Assist manager action

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3 – 4 years’ experience in related area
  • IT internal processes, policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of AS400 preferred
  • Expertise in personal computer networking
  • Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
