- Manage and provide first level support, analyzing problem data, documenting findings, escalating problems
- Supervise, and interact with team members to provide professional support
- Escalate problems to proper professional
- Performs vendor, inventory, and supply management
- Assist manager action
Position Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 3 – 4 years’ experience in related area
- IT internal processes, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of AS400 preferred
- Expertise in personal computer networking
- Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
