Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software
• Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions
• Managing and monitoring periodical restoration and daily backup jobs
• To perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology / Computer Studies or equivalent
• 2-3 years relevant working experience 
• Knowledge on MS Windows XP/MS Windows and MS Office
• Good commend in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin 
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Shift duty is required 
• HK Permanent Resident is required
