Job Description

Duties

  • Provide second-tier support on PC, system and peripherals on clients’ premises
  • Understand user’s IT enquiries / requests and solving their problem
  • Assist team supervisor to plan resource for service provision to services & carry out
    PC installation related work


Requirement

  • Diploma / Higher Diploma in IT engineering (or the equivalent)
  • Holder of CCNA / MCITP is an advantage but not a must
  • At least 3-4 years’ relevant experience
  • Solid experience in supporting the PC/ LAN systems and applications; PC Cloning
  • Knowledge of basic networking - (Configure IP, Ping gateway)
  • Enthusiastic in new technologies and willing to learn
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure is important
  • Good interpersonal skill and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Good customer services skills to provide excellent service to clients
  • HK Permanent Resident is required
