Duties:

• Perform hardware and software customization and configuration setup
• Support all OA applications
• Apply the latest software patches or upgrade software versions
• Maintain the inventory records of workstations and PCs
• Familiar to use system for call logging and reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Previous internship experience in technical support would be an added advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
• Independent, hardworking, mature and able to work under pressure;
• Self-motivated, quick response, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
