Job Duties:

• Desktop support, PC maintenance, software and hardware requirements and troubleshooting, printer maintenance etc.;
• Video conference support, conference inspection and video equipment maintenance
• Network daily operation and maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and other IT office related support, etc.;
• Other on-site related service support assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT subject with 2 years helpdesk / PC support experience
• Hands on experience in PC problem diagnosis and end users support
• Experience in Windows Server 2003 /2008 support
• Knowledge of LAN / WAN, TCP / IP maintenance
• Good presentation and problem solving skills
• HK Permanent Resident is required
