Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing day-to-day PC support, handling user's request, coordinating and arranging technical support service activities
- Perform upgrades and deployments of software and hardware
- Provide ad hoc after hours standby for supporting
- Provide support for system upgrade and migration
- Experience on Win7, Win8, Win10 and Mac system
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in IT operations
- Holders of MCP, MCSA, MCSE would be an advantage
- Working knowledge in configuration and support of Windows 10
- Candidate with More experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer Trainee
