Job Responsibilities

General Support Jobs

  • Help desk support – IT hotline for first-tier end-user system problem trouble shooting, resolution and ticket handling
  • Service tracking system logging
  • Hardware/Network problem reporting and follow up
  • Installation of new PC and software system
  • User account administration
  • Trustee Directory / File assignments
  • Multi-site working is required when necessary

 

OS/Software Support Jobs (Windows & general OA software)

  • Basic MS Windows environment.
  • Software installation or configuration.
  • Handle general software problems.
  • Data or programs backup (if applicable)
  • PC Migration

Job Requirements

  • 2 years related experience
  • Diploma or above in IT or related discipline;
  • Good in written Chinese and written English
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang, Causeway Bay and Others
