Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • To provide onsite PC/Notebook installation and support on Windows OS and applications
  • To provide desk side to end users and resolve technical issues
  • To troubleshoot the hardware and software in PCs, and notebooks
  • To interface directly with customer for the coordination of IT services
  • To liaise with internal departments, vendors, partners on resolving fault
  • To setup Video Conference equipment

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher level in IT related qualifications
  • 2 years+ practical experience in technical support on WINDOWS/MAC platform
  • Knowledge of Windows Servers, workstations, MS Exchange, VMware, Citrix, anti-virus and other various software applications
  • Prefer IP Phone and video conference setup experience
  • Familiar with Windows 10 applications
  • Self-motivation to solve problem independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment
  • Good communication skills in both English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Prefer ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Foundation certification or training.
  • Experience in ServiceNow preferred
  • Shift duty is required
