Duties:

• Provide on-site support to the clients
• Perform technical support including desktop, printer, mobile device, peripheral equipment, AV equipment and other IT infrastructure system
• Install, admin, patch, troubleshoot and communicate with users for handling service request
• Resolve technology problems and support daily user operation
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 1-year relevant experience
• Solid experience in support Microsoft OS, system, PC hardware & software and peripheral equipment
• Responsible, be a good team player
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
