Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries, incidents and problems, including escalation to corresponding parties
  • Perform Tier-1 trouble shooting and problem analysis on IT services
  • Keep track of incident/service requests throughout the incident/service request lifecycle
  • IT equipment installation
  • Support internal IT admin works

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 2 years related experience, (Putonghua speaking is a plus)
  • Working Period: 1-year (Contract Renewable)
  • Working hours:

 

  • [1] Shift 1: 0900 – 1800 (lunch time: 1230 – 1330), alternate Saturday (0900 – 1300)
  • [2] Shift 2: 1000 – 1900 (lunch time: 1330 – 1430), alternate Saturday (0900 – 1300)
