Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries, incidents and problems, including escalation to corresponding parties
- Perform Tier-1 trouble shooting and problem analysis on IT services
- Keep track of incident/service requests throughout the incident/service request lifecycle
- IT equipment installation
- Support internal IT admin works
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with 2 years related experience, (Putonghua speaking is a plus)
- Working Period: 1-year contract
- Working hours:
[1] Shift 1: 0900 – 1800 (lunch time: 1230 – 1330), alternate Saturday (0900 – 1300)
[2] Shift 2: 1000 – 1900 (lunch time: 1330 – 1430), alternate Saturday (0900 – 1300)
