We are looking for a talented and motivated DevOps engineer to join our system engineering team. You will work with diverse multi-disciplinary teams and help drive the productivity of IP and System designs. Our team operates in agile and dynamic environment requiring hands-on involvement and close collaboration.
As an Infrastructure Engineer, your main responsibilities will be focused on software and hardware infrastructure, which enables our engineers to design and develop video, imaging, and vision solutions as part of a system engineering team in the Intel Programmable Solutions Group.
- You will work in a rapid learning environment, alongside industry experts to support the acceleration of next generation vision, video and imaging products through highly optimized embedded FPGA implementations.
- The successful candidate will have a proven extensive knowledge of the processes and tools used in Agile methodologies.
- Your work will help frequent delivery of high-quality solutions to internal and external customers and enable engineering teams to innovate and create new products.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Experience in creating scalable and automated solutions for efficient hw/sw/fw releases to our customers
- Experience in automating build/test/release environment, debug test output, extracting data to create actionable metrics
- Experience with CI/CD tools, for example Jenkins.
- Proficient with Perforce, Git workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues
Key responsibilities:
- Provide solutions using DevOps philosophy to solve automation problems and manage the infrastructure.
- Define and automate the build, validation and release processes in a CI/CD context.
- Manage IP releases with version tracking and release notes
- Develop tools and process to drive and improve the customer experience. Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional onsite and remote team members
- Participate in the planning, design, scalability and reliability of Engineering infrastructure projects
Personal Requirements - Strong knowledge of the Linux platform and CLI
- Strong proficiency in scripting
- Building software and continuous integration (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo etc.)
- Documentation skills
- Technical knowledge and appreciation of hardware concepts
- An interest in some/all of the following areas: Computer Vision, Imaging and Vision, Machine Learning, DSP, Automation, Agile Methodologies
- M.S in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- Strong and broad software skills (e.g. embedded C, Java/C++, scripting languages, VHDL/Verilog)
- Being a self-starter and ability to estimate and plan your work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to apply sound judgement
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with remote and geographically distributed teams

- Understanding and provisioning of cloud computing using AWS and containerization.
