As a DevOps Engineer, you will automate, research, and monitor high-end scalable solutions to challenging problems at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering. As part of our research and development team, you will have a significant impact in transforming cutting-edge research into real products and act as a bridge between Development/QA/CloudOps and Customers/Sales. Your ability to learn and understand the challenges of building products from the ground level-up will be put to the test as you implement high-level, high-visibility applications using the latest, cutting-edge technology.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for successful on-boarding & off-boarding of customers, providing the link between the Sales and Development/Operational teams to ensure successful on-boarding of new customers
• Act as an escalation point for service issues raised through Customer Support and take responsibility for facilitating resolution through cross-departmental teams
• Analyze, report on and improve service performance against SLAs
• Quickly and efficiently troubleshoot simple and complex issues
• Continuously improve our infrastructure to be easily deployable, scalable, secure and fault-tolerant
• Maintaining and extending automated deployment and configuration management tools
• Contribute to general system health, monitoring and automation
• Build SDL Research next-generation Machine Translation products and platforms
