We are looking for DevOps Engineer for projects creating cloud-based solutions for smart buildings. You will be part of our Scrum team working on implementation of front-end, back-end and AWS cloud infrastructure features. We Develop and operate platform, based on AWS EKS to maintain smart buildings energy management in a cloud-based repository in close cooperation with our colleagues from Switzerland, Germany and other countries. We use this platform and applications to help our customers with cost reduction through predictive maintenance and through visualization and analysis of data coming directly from IoT devices installed in the buildings. Team is responsible to support developers with automation and Gitlab CI/CD process and improvements among others. Check our web site at https://new.siemens.com/global/en/products/buildings/building-x.html In this role you will be responsible for: · Development and operations of cloud infrastructure as main focus. · Development and maintenance of Kubernetes cluster · Contribution to CI/CD process in GitLab · Document your implementation · Participate on scrum events – daily stand-up, demo, retrospective, planning · Communicating with product management, architects and team members from other teams about dependencies.
