Candidate Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective introduction of products, systems, solutions, and services

  • Develop and implement new methods of manufacturing including the use of automation

  • Define and improve policies and process related to operational releases

  • Identify, analyze and implement cycle time improvements and lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity and support fast and frequent software releases

  • Develop and execute design and process test activities that meet our Quality Management System

  • Drive agreements and achievement of project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality, and requirements

  • Communicate status, issues and action plans

  • Determine project risks, define corrective action, and drive the projects to closure

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline

  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, addressing problems proactively

  • Self-motivated, innovative, and a fast learner with a mindset open to explore new ways of working

  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to deliver results under time pressure

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Customer and quality focused and determined to achieve goals

  • Proven team leadership capability
