Our Software Engineering Group works cross-functionally to advance applications in areas such as computer vision, robotics, wearable electronics, and intelligent edge devices. Together, we develop and maintain the foundational platform that allows ADI to rapidly prototype and deploy sensor-to-cloud innovations.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Accelerate the Garage’s productivity by creating and expanding existing CI/CD pipelines. You will gain experience working across a wide variety of deployment targets that reach from resource constrained Systems on a Chip to complex Kubernetes Clusters hosted at the major cloud providers.
  2. Develop new and expand existing Infrastructure-as-Code templates and automation.
  3. Assist with Garage sysadmin functions and automation including AWS accounts, GitLab and build servers.
  4. Design, implement, and unit test components of our Cloud and Edge data and orchestration system Cradle.

 

Other Expectations

Design for modularity and reuse. Develop robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant microservice-driven architectures. Write user and API documentation. Develop unit and integration tests.

 

Required Qualifications

BSCS or equivalent.

 

Desired qualifications are:

  • Experience with GitLab, GitHub/Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar
  • Strong Linux + shell fundamentals, experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Prior experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP as well as Cloud automation
  • Proficient in a major language such as Python, Rust, C++ or JavaScript/TypeScript and their build/packaging systems
  • Willingness and ability to learn something new quickly
  • Innately curious with a desire to understand the business model, operations and financial structure for the organization
