An elite software group at the very heart of Intel CPU development cycle is looking for brilliant DevOps engineers. We develop super-accurate simulation tools for modeling the most critical piece of Intel hardware - the Big Core, and we'd like to keep up with modern software development practices and leverage best orchestration technologies available, so we can deliver high quality software products.
In practice, in foreseeable future, we'll need your help with restructuring some source code, enforcing proper SW dev cycle and code review methodologies, implementing automations, enhancing CI/CD, gathering and processing telemetry data, optimizing distributed build systems and leveraging modern container-based cloud compute to scale up execution capabilities for the ever-growing set of analysis and validation activities: functional, performance, security, quality, etc.
Technologies stack: Unix, Git, GitHub, TeamCity, Kotlin, Python, Singularity, Artifactory, Splunk.
Qualifications
Required:
- True passion for automation, orchestration, visualization, optimization and getting complex things done with a click of a button, ideally without writing too much code.
- True passion for learning and trying new software development tools and technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and provide a clear picture of what's going on.
- 3 Years of experience working in/with a team of C/C++ software engineers.
- Git expertise, GitHub experience.
- Unix environment experience.
- Python experience.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
