·       监控平台的运行指标，领导问题解决并提供改进方案。

·       You will work as DevOps Lead in the area of the Manufacturing Digitalization and will help creating a stable and future-proof platform for manufacturing IT in Bosch.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements to shape and define a resilient, scalable and reusable components of the platform.

·       As Cloud DevOps Lead, you’ll work in a global team to participate in design and implementation of Bosch Manufacturing and Logistics Platform – a private cloud platform in IT manufacturing.

·       Participate in the projects of application onboarding.

·       Monitor solution performance and adapt design or environment accordingly

·       Lead problem resolution and coordination activities within diverse teams.

·       Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining detailed and comprehensive documentation and diagrams.

·       计算机科学，软件工程，信息系统，通信工程，自动化等相关专业全日制本科以上学历。

·       具备丰富经验和优秀能力：

o   云计算开发和运营。

o   软件开发：Python, Golang or shell。

o   DevOps：Gitlab, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Ansible, Terraform。

o   云原生技术：Docker, Kubernetes (Rancher优先) 。

o   具备公有云经验优先。

o   具备Web开发经验优先。

o   具备丰富的基于微服务的大型分布式系统经验优先。

o   理解Gitops和infrastructure-as-code，CI/CD，监控工具（如Prometheus, Elastic Search, Grafana）优先。

·       具备丰富的持续集成经验优先（如Gitlab, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Jenkins）。

·       具备优秀的演讲简报能力，分析能力，沟通能力和熟练的英语听说读写能力。

·       主动积极，认真负责，乐观自省，团队精神，客户导向。

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

·       Proven strong and wide experience in:

o   Experience of cloud operations or application on boarding

o   Programming: Python, Golang or shell, one of the languages is a must

o   Web development experience is a plus

o   Cloud native technologies: Docker, Kubernetes (Rancher as a plus) is a must; Public cloud is a plus.

o   Experience of DevOps (esp. Gitlab, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Ansible, Terraform) is preferred

o   Experience of development with Micro services is a plus

o   Understanding of Gitops concept and infrastructure-as-code concept is a plus

o   Understanding of CI/CD workflow is a plus

o   Understanding of Monitoring tools (esp. Prometheus, Elastic Search, Grafana…) is a plus

·       Understanding of Agile Methodologies, experience with working in Agile projects (SCRUM, Kanban) is a plus.

·       Strong presentation, verbal and written communications skills, fluent English.

·       Strong analytical skills, good communication and presentation skills, Individual responsibility, team player, strong commitment to achieve customer satisfaction, self-motivation.
