IoT Experiences is a team of developer experience (DX) architects, designers, researchers, and technical writers in Intel's Internet of Things Group. We're dedicated to delivering a fantastic developer experience with Intel products. We are looking for a technical writer to create, deliver, and maintain content that meets business objectives, user needs, and user learning goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Use current software development tools, processes, and practices at all levels of a solution stack to turn ambiguous technical language and complex processes into content that is easy for users to understand.
- Apply user-centered methodologies to define and create necessary content.
- You will put your technical know-how and ''can do'' spirit to work in an ambitious, cross-disciplinary team.
- Combine your technical skills with creativity to consider different technical and business approaches that will solve challenging problems.
- Create clear, concise, user-friendly deliverables, such as getting started guides, installation guides, tutorials, and release notes.
- Provide graphics, video, and other creative services appropriate for the audience.
- Work with content designers and information architects to develop material that supports a user's content needs and learning goals and implement an information architecture that makes content easy to find, easy to use, and easy to understand.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Technical Writing, Communication, or related field with 4 years of experience.
- Technical writing or instructional design experience.
- Analytical and logical problem-solving skills paired with creativity.
- User experience and interaction patterns.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$97,230.00-$160,990.00
