Overview

AMSP - Trend Micro’s next generation Anti-Malware Solution Platform. This platform is used in Trend Micro’s products, like Titanium and Deep Security, to speed up the solution adoption and delivery to customers against new threats. AMSP integrates Core Tech modules and provides an easy way for a product to integrate and deliver Core Tech modules and solutions.

Titanium – The top1 revenue product in consumer which has more than 15 million users and contributes around 300 million USD yearly. Titanium is also a frequent winner in external lab tests, like winning the AV-Test 2018 Best Protection Award.

We are looking for a passionate development manager who enjoys developing the Trend Micro flagship product to help to protect millions of users and make the world safe for exchanging digital information. This role not only leads the team to continuously deliver the best solutions but also facilitates the growth of the team.

Responsibilities

• Overall ownership of developing Titanium and AMSP.
• Lead the developer team to closely work with JM, QA, HIE, PM, L10N and Support teams.
• Develop and deploy a strategy to continuously improve solutions and quality.
• Develop and motivate the team towards high productivity, teamwork, and continuous growth
  

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years as a team leader or manager of an RD team
• Solid C++ and Windows programming skills
• Good communication skill and fluent English speaking/reading/writing
• Good problem-solving skill
• Trustworthy, proactive and self-motivated
  

Core Tech modules development or integration experience is a plus
