Developer Success Program Manager

 

As a Developer Success Program Manager, you will work with partner organizations to help them bring infrastructure digital twin solutions to market. Leveraging your practical industry knowledge, domain specific workflow experience, business acumen, relationship management and broad understanding of the iTwin Platform you will position yourself as a trusted advisor to those organizations and help them get to market quickly and successfully by maximizing the use of Bentley’s iTwin Platform. You will be orchestrating a group of platform specialists, developers and support specialists to define and deliver on platform adoption goals.  You will also be the voice of our users to influence our platform development roadmaps and improve their overall experience.

 

Location:  This role is remote, based from a home office in the US

 

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Engaging with ISVs and Engineering firms, identifying, and nurturing high value platform engagements within those organizations
  • Providing Platform presentations, webinars and videos that provide platform overviews, value propositions, success stories and best practices
  • Creating and documenting platform success plays using account/developer engagements and platform domain expertise
  • Tracking engagement success with measurable metrics like opportunity size, expected time to revenue
  • Nurturing healthy relationships with partner organizations that ultimately lead to increased platform scope
  • Assisting Sales with correctly scoping platform opportunities withing existing accounts

 

What You Bring to The Team:

  • University degree in a technical field, or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in engineering design, construction, project delivery and/or asset performance.
  • Experience in software sales, software product management or business development
  • Project Management experience that includes managing communication with stakeholders, Consultants, Software Development Managers, and IT professionals.
  • Ability to work and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills, possessing diplomacy and business judgment.
  • Genuinely cares and is a steward for account platform success.
  • Skilled at situation assessment to determine next steps in complex environments.
  • Motivated by incentives for growth.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams for chat, calling and meeting functions.
  • This role requires travelling up to 35%
