Job Description

Our Developer Support Team is responsible for helping commercial and corporate customers when they’re facing problems with developing their applications using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps and other similar Azure services like Chromium Browsers, Client Apps and Web Apps that include IIS (internet information services). We are responsible for troubleshooting, identifying and fixing technical issues together with providing alternative implementations/techniques or workarounds to help developers achieve their business goals. Writing “how-to” samples to help explain a particular technology or product or debugging custom or product code is also sometimes part of the job.

 

From problem identification to full resolution, you will own and manage the customer experience over the phone and web. You will collaborate on a day to day basis with Software Developers, IT admins and Solution Architects and engage with Subject Matter Experts.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Work with top-notch from Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) up to Large Enterprise Customers
  • Guide, lead and help developer customers to resolve most thought-provoking or business complex problems related to custom web-based applications
  • Analyze and offer solutions to customers, specific to their needs
  • Provide appropriate alternate implementations/techniques/workarounds to help developers workaround a confirmed bug in Microsoft’s products

Qualifications

 

  • Thorough troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  •  Broad experience in web development with knowledge in HTML and JavaScript
  •  Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including network, transport and security layers, specifically including TCP/IP, FTP, SSL/TLS protocols
  •  Experience in web application fundamentals
  • Inclusive, open-minded and team-working-oriented mindset
  • Curious and tenacious attitude
