Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and analysis of business operations of lessees in the Industrial Estates to facilitate lease control, tenancy administration and implementation of reindustrialization policy
• Provide quality services to lessees including but not limited to, liaison, takeover and handover of properties in the Industrial Estates
• Undertake activities associated with land acquisition, disposal of sites and properties in the Industrial Estates, including processing of admission application, preparation of legal document for lease, mortgages, surrenders and regnant etc.
• Management of consultants / service providers
• Provide support to promotion and publicity activates in relation to the Industrial Estates
• Prepare drawings, lease plans and programmes in relation to lease management
• Any other related duties to be assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in property management, technology or related area
• Minimum 6 - 8 years’ relevant working experiences in leasing/property management, essential to be familiar with leasing procedures and relevant legal documentation, preferably conversant with property-related laws. Less experience may be considered for lower position
• Experience in managing industrial properties, factory establishment and exposure in the manufacturing field, business development and management of key accounts would be an advantage
• Strong communication skill with good attitude and ability to motivate and work with others
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
