Development Manager / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the CTO in managing all IT projects and staffs in Shenzhen office
• Guide and participate in the analysis of product needs and essentials
• Responsible for project planning, coordination, tasks assignment, status tracking and summary, and regular reporting to the CTO

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, with more than 6 years of relevant industry experience (experience in private equity, securities dealer, market maker, proprietary trading firms is preferred)
• At least 3 years of management experience in investment software development
• Good communication and coordination skills, strong logical thinking, learning capabilities, able to work under pressure
• A team player with a good sense of responsibilities and proactivity
• Good command of both spoken and written English
