1. 制定开发相关项目质量保证计划并实施

Develop engineering project quality assurance plan and implement this plan.

2. 确保项目活动按照适用的标准过程和计划进行

Ensure project actions follow the applicable processes and plans.

3. 提供过程咨询，预警项目风险

Provide process consulting, and pre-warn project risk.

4. 执行项目构型审核，里程碑审核等

Conduct project configuration audit, milestone audit etc.

5. 编制每周的项目质量跟踪报告(包含项目问题，风险，进度，过程符合度等)并向项目经理及相关方发布；

Generate weekly project quality tracking report (including project problems, risks, schedule, degree of process conformity etc.)

6. 跟踪项目有关风险、问题、不符合项等直至解决或关闭。

Track project risks, problems, non-conforming items and so on to solve or close.

7. 收集过程数据，分析过程质量的情况。从质量保证角度梳理项目管理工作流程及规范。持续改进软件过程。

Collect process data, analyze process quality. Normalize project management process and standards from quality assurance perspective. Improve software development process continuously.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，软件工程、计算机、通信相关专业

Bachelor degree or above, Software engineering, computer science, tele-communication or equivalent.

2. 2年以上软件测试、开发经验及3年以上质量保证经验。(必须)

2+ years software testing, development and 3+ years quality assurance experiences. (Must)

3. 熟悉软件工程理论，软件开发过程。

Good knowledge of software engineering theory and software development process.

4. 熟悉CMMI, AS9100或ISO9001质量标准或模型

Good knowledge of CMMI, AS9100 or ISO9001 quality standard or model.

5. 熟悉RTCA DO-178B/C优先

Good knowledge of RTCA DO-178B/C is preferred.

6. 良好的沟通协调能力，较强的合作精神。

Good communication and coordination ability, strong team work spirit.

7. 良好的英文能力

Good English skill.
