Position Description: Lenovo is seeking Development Test Lead, as the PM to focus on server hardware design validation and analysis of new features and releases. Make sure the resource and test schedule for each projects and communicate cross Dev. BBFV test teams. The ideal candidate should have good communication skill, PM experience, familiar with Server HW Design validation. Leadership and Ownership is also the key for this position. The Development Test Lead will be responsible for driving the System Validation of Intel/AMD platforms, which includes validation execution within in-house lab, results analysis, bug detection and root cause analysis.
