Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Managing upstream on device (handphone) claims and warranty from suppliers.
  • Managing the defective devices that are returned from customers, including tracking the entire process, liaising with repair partners and other entities to reduce shrinkage and loss.
  • Managing the return merchandise authorization (RMA).
  • Managing ad hoc projects related device claims and warranty.
  • Store returned goods in a designated area and manage the logistic on the warranty process.
  • Identify trends in quality issues based on returned goods and determine if materials can be recycled, reused or repaired.
  • Ensures relationship between Service Managers & 3rd party network are met & customers’ expectations are exceeded.
  • Identify new service providers to support strategic priorities.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, and preferably Mandarin as this position required to liaised with clients and suppliers from China.
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): customer service, logistic, device warranty, product claim, phone repair.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in device (handphone) warranty claim or equivalent.
