Job Description:

The full time position is created to be responsible for facilitating and enhancing the correspondence in English with international customers on behalf of company. In overall, the role is to aim improving the efficiency and effectiveness of English communication with the DexShell international distributors, customers, vendors, and all the parties concerned.

The jobs are heavily involved with email communication, phone conversation, business document preparation, English copywriting and proofreading, and the assistance to the Managing Director when needed.

1.Communicate in emails, plus with making and returning phone calls from international customers in order to get a fast and efficient communication.

2.Communicate with the international service providers in all kinds such as copywriters, marketing agency and freelancers, graphic designers, website developers for the DexShell branding activities.

3.Proofread, ideally draft, all the DexShell English documents, including marketing materials, English packaging and website contents etc.

4.Assist the Managing Director on the administrative communication in English with the DexShell international clients.

5.Interpret, and help to improve, the outgoing and incoming English correspondence for DexShell Shanghai team.

6.Other relevant jobs that might emerge for the position of the English Communication Officer.

Qualification and Skills required:

1.Fluent in spoken English, comprehensive understanding in reading, and high level in writing. Experience in English working environments is plus.

2.Flexible interpersonal skills and mature communication manner.

3.Solid knowledge/experiences in international trading/business administration is a must. MBA in English courses preferred.

4.Self driven, well organized working attitude, and willing to work in time difference.

5.Bachelor’s Degree, majored in business administration, international trading, marketing, social media/PR or related.

6.Five years working experience is minimum.
