As the DX Account Lifecycle IT Analyst you will be responsible for as well as tier 2 support for IT related activities Job Responsibilities Support of internal and external customers through the booking of instrument orders and contracts in the Siemens ERP platform (SAP). Management of Siemens DX contract portfolio, including but not limited to: All activities & associated supplemental changes to contracts over the term of the contract Contract renewal and extensions Contract inquiries from both internal and external customers Annual price increases Review and resolution of customer pricing disputes Maintain accuracy of books and records by ensuring compliance with all finance, accounting, and quality policies Tier 2 IT support related duties Provide second-tier support to SAP users within BusOps, this includes Contract Admin This includes troubleshooting system and process errors to determine if user coaching needs to be implemented or IT needs to provide technical support for malfunctioning system processes. If IT support is needed, submit Work Requests to IT organization to change or enhance SAP P40 DX CLM to enhance or maintain functionality and efficiency. This includes guiding IT personnel to translate business needs into appropriate system changes. Write and approve work request specification documents for IT organization. Once changes are made test and approve of changes before they are integrated into the production environment. Review and Approve Rollover documentation submitted by Contract Admin to assure that Capitalized Assets are not double-booked and continue to depreciate seamlessly. Collaborate with various departments within and without the organization to develop and implement new business processes and technical solution to accommodate new customers or streamline business with existing to ensure continued business. This would include SAP modifications, RPA solutions, Winshuttle scripting This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and collaborate with /consult with peers and others outside of functional area to resolve complex issues and improve existing processes. Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting and finance principles Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelors degree preferred with at least 3 years of related experience Financial acumen and demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems and apply problem-solving skills effectively is needed. Ability to operate independently, make decisions and recommendations to resolve issues is important. Experience with digitalization, business process improvement, or similar functions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize workflow, perform under sensitive deadlines.
