To our Oncology Therapeutic Area we are looking for a

Purpose

The Diagnostics Manager ensures the timely, high quality in-market companion diagnostics / testing solutions to enable optimal treatment throughout the patient journey in Lung and Gynecology cancer.

Accountabilities

• Develop diagnostic strategy for the current and future Oncology products, monitor and propose improvement plans for diagnostic related brand performance
• Support testing by improving the testing environment, identifying issues in current testing landscape and working with external stakeholders
• Supporting Quality Assurance
• Develop collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to support company activities
• Build capability by acting as an educational resource to internal colleagues, and support knowledge sharing processes
• Comply with all external regulations and internal policies. Ensure compliance with company Policies and Standards.

Requirements

• Education :
  • Molecular Pathology/Biology/Genetics MsC/PhD or Medical degree
• Experience:
  • Desired:
    • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing/Sales/Medical in a multinational pharmaceutical company
    • Demonstrates deep understanding of the science behind diagnostics
  • Advantage/asset:
    • 1-2 years’ experience in Pathology or Molecular Pathology/Biology/Genetics or Oncology
    • Scientific and disease area knowledge in Oncology/Pathology
