Major Responsibilities of Position本职位主要职责

• Monitor and document processes, process changes and the problem solving methodology used to troubleshoot process issues. 监控和记录工艺，工艺变更，解决工艺问题的方法
• Gather data, monitor and document existing process parameters to ensure process compliance.

• Develop and document processes for new projects and dies including process flow charts and process specifications. 为新的项目和模具开发和存档工艺，包括流程图以及工艺规范
• Assist in the sampling of new tools and in PPAP runs. 协助进行新模具试模以及PPAP运行
• Investigate records to help define past performance of die cast/machining process.

调查记录来帮助了解压铸/机加工工艺

• Perform quality testing and measurements as required. 根据要求进行质量测试和测量
• Assist in the development of die cast/machining process control programs.

协助建立压铸/机加工工艺控制计划

• Provide continuous improvement on existing processes (GPU, scrap reduction, etc.)

对现有工艺进行持续改进（提高机床利用率，降低废品率等）

• Interact with customers and suppliers (product testing, design of experiments) as required.

根据要求与客户和供应商联络（产品测试，实验设计）

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management. 根据管理层的安排完成其他相关职责

Education and Skill Requirements教育及技能要求

• Manufacturing Engineering Degree with 3 min years manufacturing/die casting experience OR Technological Diploma/Apprenticeship experience with 5 min years manufacturing experience.

制造工程学历，至少3年的制造/压铸经验, 或者技术文凭/学徒经历, 至少5年的制造经验

• Microsoft Office Professional 微软办公自动化
