Job Description
Eaton in Washington PA has an opening for a 3rd Shift Die Setter. This position is responsible for the set-up and operation of presses. This position will train on a combination of 1st shift and 3rd shift. Essential Functions include: Set-up and operation of stamping and draw presses including production die/tooling Operate fork truck to handle tooling, raw material, product, or scrap material Inspect finished product for quality per standard work instructions Maintain housekeeping in work area Perform above work on one or more production lines/presses Qualifications Basic Qualifications 1 year experience set up and operation of presses High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate geographical area (within 50 miles) of Washington, PA will be considered for this position Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience set up and operation of presses Manufacturing experience working in a facility with stamping and forming operations Familiarity with the following: Micrometer Dial caliper Position Criteria: Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends Eaton considers qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with local laws.
