Job Description:
1. Digital project management:
- Initialized the online and digital marketing campaign ideas/strategy;
- Internally project implementation planning and process control;
- Coordinating internally with Creative and IT department to create the digital ideas for difference marketing campaign;
- Project implementation coordination and monitoring;
- Project quality control; present proposal to client;
- Cost estimate, cost control and payment monitoring;
- 3rd party vendor management and evaluation.
2. Client service:
- Maintaining client relationships;
- Coordinating with client and internally to fulfill client’s requirement;
- Initialized professional proposals to help client improve the online communication.
3. Team management:
- Working together and manage the team;
- Training and teaching them with professional account management knowledge, skills, experience and attitude.
Requirement:
1. University degree, prefer business/marketing/advertising/communication background;
2. At least 4 years agency digital account/project management experience; experienced in providing service for international clients in agency;
3. Mandarin and Fluent written and spoken English;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Strong customer orientation and service expertise
6. Deep industry knowledge and understanding of agency business
7. Self motivated and independent working style
