Responsibilities / Functions
Develops digital marketing strategy by data and insights, studying economic indicators, tracking changes in critical KPIs by identifying patients and stakeholders and their current and future needs, monitoring the competition together with the insights and the data team.
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed together with the business.
Measures and reports performance of all digital and omnichannel marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Optimizes spend and performance based on the insights and trends and insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital and omnichannel marketing.
Collaborates with internal teams to optimize user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion and adherence points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
Completes digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
Maintains and develops digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees (supports the people team on the organization to contribute to the “education” of the wider team
Essential requirements
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field to work in Digital Marketing and Customer Insights
Digital MKG field with proven experience in working in global and local environments focusing the job in the result.
Proficient in marketing research, statistical analysis and omnichannel tools
Proven working experience in digital marketing and demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Experience in optimizing digital assets and user funnels and in developing and working with customer segmentation, propensity modelling and customer personas / journeys.
Proven experience in Omnichannel environments
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Thorough knowledge of effective survey design and experience working with online survey platforms (esp. Qualtrics)
Strong capability in developing data-driven insights, working with complex data sets across multiple sources. Experience working with both numeric and verbatim data
Strong qualitative and quantitative research competencies, including survey / research design and analysis / reporting.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Able to develop budgets
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Builds and develop effective and diverse teams
