The Customer Scale team within the IT Corporate Functions group is responsible for developing new capabilities to analyze user activity on Intel.com and use this to create a personalized user experience.  This effort is essential to capture hearts and minds of our customers and will help grow Intel revenue.

As Developer you will play a critical role in developing innovative solutions that enable next generation omnichannel experiences using a best-in-class technology stack.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plans, designs, develops, and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud based or internet related tools.
• Analyzes requirements, tests and integrates application components; Ensure the system improvements are successfully implemented.
• Drives unit test automation.
• Be well versed in the latest development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, DevOps and test-driven development. Should also enable solutions that take into account APIs, security, privacy, scalability, manageability, usability, and other critical factors that contribute to complete solutions.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields
• 5+ years of development experience using JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, React and node.js
• 5+ years of experience with code optimization techniques and website performance best practices
• Intermediate English level

Preferred - We will give you the opportunity to acquire these skills through training

• Experience implementing web analytics platforms, preferably Adobe Analytics or equivalent
• Understanding of how web analytics implementations translate into reporting
• Experience implementing online testing (A/B, multivariate), personalization and content recommendations experiences, preferably using Adobe Target or equivalent
• Experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) or customer profile data to deliver omnichannel personalized experiences
• Experience working with custom or pre-built artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models
• Experience developing and managing technical solutions through a Tag Management System, preferably Tealium or equivalent
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or Content As A Service (CaaS) strategies for delivering personalized content at scale
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across multiple environments, browsers, and platforms
• Experience working with API integrations and/or web services

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
