Job duties:

• Handle inbound inquiries and complaints related to digital banking service
• Offer exceptional customer service to clients
• No selling/cross selling/up selling
• No overnight shift

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in any fields
• At least 1-2 years experience in banking and finance industry
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
