Job duties:

• Handle customers' inquiries and complaints related to online, mobile and digital banking
• Provide guidelines and instructions to customers in managing and operating their digital banking accounts
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• No selling / No cross sell / No upsell

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder in any fields
• At least 1 year banking or finance experience
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin
