At Siemens Belgium we are looking for a driven and creative intern to rollout solutions, tools and processes to standardize and service OS setups. Our division Smart Infrastructure intelligently connects energy systems, buildings and industries, enhancing the way we live and work to significantly improve efficiency and sustainability. Within our Digital Building and Infrastructure team, we focus on enhancing building performance of critical infrastructures through the power of data. Buildings and infrastructure are rapidly becoming a target for cyberattacks. Therefore, the focus of this internship will be on standardization and upscaling of our OS to both secure operational efficiency for our technicians and ensure cybersecurity of our systems towards our customers. Technologies include virtualization, Operating Systems, database, Active Directory, Anti malware. Who are we looking for? You are completing an internship of at least 3 months in the framework of a MSc Engineering Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and ICT Engineering etc. You are a true IT passionate You want to put highly technical concepts in the practice of a tech company in full expansion You are fluent in Dutch and English Siemens offers you an instructive internship where your active contribution will count. You will sustain our operational efficiency towards our customers on the long-term through your creative solutions and training of technicians. The internship can be deployed on a remote basis with a preference for 2 days per week on site presence in order to connect with the team.
