The incumbent will report to Head of Digital and engage business stakeholders to identify business requirements, document and communicate these requirements clearly and accurately to the solution providers and ensure that optimum business benefit is achieved through efficient design, build, testing and implementation of the digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage business stakeholders to collect their business requirements, analysis and understand the business needs
• Facilitate the prioritization of user requirements based on the delivery optimum benefit to the organization and ROI
• Develop clear requirement specifications, with detailed consideration for all project and technical dependencies and risks
• Carry out data analysis by identifying sources, gap analysis, requirements for migration and integration to existing systems
• Coordinate the communication among business stakeholders, support departments and vendors
• Work with Digital team, supporting departments and vendors to ensure user requirements are successfully translated into technical requirements
• Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions; ensuring timely completion of projects
• Prepare various documents and arrange appointments for Digital Department Head

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, digital transformation or a related field
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interview skills and a good story teller
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Strong analytical skills, ability to understand problems and express the complexity of them in clear terms to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience of working with IT/OT vendors or outsourced projects is an advantage
• Quality focus and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and problem solving skills
