Job Description

Partners IS/IT with the business as a key enabler of technology and key enabler of e-innovation.

Managing the local IS/IT services and aligning IS/IT requirements with local business priorities, strategies and regional/global IS standards and goals.

Represent SA/SSA interests into the area/region and advocate local requirements to shape future projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the Channels and Digital roadmap portion of the Digital Strategy
  • Provide digital Strategic input and recommendations to brand and commercial teams
  • Manage the delivery of best practice digital assets for the organization within budget and deadlines
  • Support and build digital capability of Brand Teams, focusing on customer experience, channel mix, digital technologies and analytics
  • Provide ongoing best practice, digital advice to the AZ business. Be the primary point of contact across the organisation for digital projects
  • Establish efficient processes and propose new resources as required in response to changing demand
  • Advise and influence closed loop marketing approach
  • Deliver, Embed and communicate Digital analytics capabilities and communicate Insights to brand teams
  • Liaise with the Global Digital Team to facilitate sharing of knowledge, implementation of global digital projects and leverage of digital assets.
  • Ensure all third-party applications and systems are set up and maintained in a compliant way.
  • Creates digital ecosystems with relevant partners: Technology startups and/or Health platforms.
  • Lead the proactive identification of opportunities for innovative solutions to Patient, HCP and internal customer issues/challenges.
  • Work with the digital and startup ecosystems networking to create partnerships and capabilities which can benefit the patient journey.
  • Creates relationships with Customer Facing and Enabling Functions stakeholders, developing deep understanding of the business future direction, strategies and needs.

  • Maintained administrative systems
  • Comply with and implement business and admin system requirements for Commercial / Sales and Marketing. Ensure full IS/IT compliance with IT Standards & processes.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that software licensing laws are adhered to.
  • Ensure the security of data from internal and external with system integrations and automations
  • DRP and BCP for Commercial Systems
  • Business Process Improvement Process & effectiveness
  • Timeously develop requirements, budgets and schedules for organization’s information technology Commercial / Sales and Marketing projects.
  • Implement initiative and project.
  • Develop training modules and Train business users on processes (where applicable)
  • Communicate with and support other employees.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-4 years solid IS IT experience
  • Project Management experience advantageous
  • Relevant tertiary qualification an advantage
  • Computer literate (advanced)
  • Business partner / support experience (minimum 3 year experience)
  • IT Infrastructure knowledge and understanding an advantage (minimum 1 year)
  • Mobile technology and solid tablet experience (preferably Apple iPad experience)
