We are looking for a Digital leader who will inspire change with an agile approach when we are scaling new solutions in our digital pipeline. At our Manufacturing sites we thrive in a high-tech and LEAN-based environment where we value teamwork and smart solutions highly.

What you’ll do

You will develop key strategic relationships within the larger customer areas and identify ways for IT and Digital to contribute to achieving and exceeding business objectives and drive the delivery of innovative business solutions and accelerate Smart Factories. This role will demonstrate knowledge and trends and in-depth understanding of the business area direction and priorities to drive the creation of innovative solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Build strong strategic relationships with large and complex global customer groups, developing deep understanding of business strategy, strategic direction, changes and needs, lead key engagement initiatives to understand demand
• Participate in the development our Smart Factories digital strategy, develop performance metrics and customer scorecards to define and supervise delivery of value
• Lead high-level investigations on digital opportunities, requirements specifications and feasibility studies and advise on practical alternatives
• Partnering with the business to develop Lean Digital solutions that will transform the way we operate today.
• Build business impact assessments and business readiness plans to resolve impacts of changes on business units and roles
• Act as Product Owner, develop high impact use cases and own the creation of a global strategic roadmap for key digital platforms

Essential for the role

• Solid understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, use cases & digital opportunities
• Solid understanding of bio-pharma leading edge trends, relevance for adoption and implementation of IS innovative solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong influencing, networking and team working skills
• Evidence of leading and developing innovative solutions
• Able to lead negotiations, expectations and solutions across complex groups
• A consistent record of delivering results

• Involvement in pharma thought leadership networks and organisations
• Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams
